As part of the Couchdrop solution you can configure anonymous upload portals to specific folders as part of the Inbox functionality. This acts as a simple method to collect files from external parties with the files being dropped into specific folders.
This portal can also be custom branded and whitelabelled as well as the secure upload portal.
To configure an anonymous upload portal navigate to Inboxes and Create Inbox
Provide the Inbox a name to identify it by and specify the folder this portal will be mapped to. Enable the Web Upload Portal and Save Settings. You can now provide the URL to external parties to upload files anonymously.
Once your external party goes to the URL, they will be able to drop files as below.
