Configuring Alerting

Couchdrop can send you an alert when various events occur.

Alerts are sent via email or webhook and are configurable globally and/or for specific folders.

 Global Alerting

1. Log in to Couchdrop as an Administrator or Owner user.
2. Navigate to Administration → Alerting
3. Enable the events you want to receive alerts for and enter the recipient details.
4. Click Save Settings once you are finished.
   
   

Folder Alerting 

1. Log in to Couchdrop as an Administrator or Owner user.
2. Navigate to the folder you wish to configure alerts for.
3. Click on the three dots ( ... ) and select Manage → Folder Settings
   
4. Enable the events you want to receive alerts for and enter the recipient details.
5. Click Save Settings once you are finished.
